Shakti Sadan under Mission Shakti
1.Resident Superintendent:
- Number of posts: 35
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman with a Masters in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology and at least 5 years of experience in women-related domains in an administrative setup, preferably a resident of the local community.
2.Office Assistant:
- Number of posts: 35
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in office documentation, proficient in computer operations.
3.Multi-purpose Staff:
- Number of posts: 70
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person literate with experience in the relevant domain, preferably high school pass or equivalent.
4.Cook:
- Number of posts: 70
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person literate with experience in the relevant domain, preferably high school pass or equivalent.
5.Security Guard/Night Guard:
- Number of posts: 105
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person with at least 2 years' experience as security personnel, preferably retired military/para-military personnel.
One Stop Centre under Mission Shakti
1.Centre Administrator:
- Number of posts: 27
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman with a Masters in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology and at least 5 years of experience, preferably a resident of the local community.
2.Case Worker:
- Number of posts: 60
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman with a Bachelor's in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology and at least 3 years of experience, preferably a resident of the local community.
3.Counsellor:
- Number of posts: 35
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman with a professional degree/diploma in psychology/psychiatry/neurosciences and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the health sector.
4.Office Assistant:
- Number of posts: 28
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any graduate with a diploma in computers/IT and at least 3 years of experience in data management, preferably with government/NGOs.
5.Multi-purpose Staff/Cook (MPW):
- Number of posts: 94
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any woman literate with knowledge/experience in the relevant domain, high school pass or equivalent.
6.Security Guard/Night Guard:
- Number of posts: 99
- Educational Qualification & Experience: Any person with 2 years of experience as security personnel, preferably retired military/para-military personnel.
Other Criteria of Women and Child Development Recruitment
Age Limit:
- Shakti Sadan under Mission Shakti: 21 to 38 years as of 01.01.2022.
- One Stop Centre under Mission Shakti: 21 to 38 years as of 01.01.2024.
Age Relaxation: SC: 5 years, STP/STH: 5 years.
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
